Internal Quality Control
For Witrade, quality control is of fundamental importance in ensuring the exclusivity of the services offered, making it one of the company's flagship activities.
This service is structured through a dual level of Merchandiser-Client control and represents the final step in the planning process, which begins once the production site has been identified. When an order is received, the client and the designated Merchandiser determine the production timelines and initiate an exchange of information that continues throughout the entire process, until the final sample and packaging are approved. The order will only be concretely realized after all steps of the production process have been approved by the client. Each Merchandiser carries out quality control on the ongoing order of their respective client and provides a comprehensive report, accompanied by photos containing all sensitive information about the developed product, with the aim of validating and ensuring all key supply chain steps.
